Sally spotted a need for customised Microsoft Word templates more than 25 years ago, and has been working off and on to solve this problem ever since. Sally manages OneAuthor, creating easily-customised templates using macros, and works with clients to personalise these for their firms. Sally has a bubbly personality and is a favourite with clients.

She loves hiking, biking and swimming in the ocean, and eats way too many chilli peppers (for breakfast sometimes, we might add). While Sally is the team’s token American, she agrees that Kiwis make a much better coffee.
